Research Paper Submission Guidelines
1. Originality of Paper
- The paper must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism should be below permissible limit (≤10–15%).
2. Theme and Scope
- Papers should be relevant to the conference theme/sub-themes.
- Interdisciplinary and applied research papers are encouraged.
3. Paper Length
- Full paper: 3000–6000 words (including references)
- Abstract: 200–250 words with 4–6 keywords
4. Paper Structure
- Title of the Paper
- Author(s) Name(s), Affiliation, Email ID
- Abstract & Keywords
- Introduction
- Review of Literature
- Objectives of the Study
- Research Methodology
- Analysis & Discussion

5. Formatting Guidelines
- Paper size: A4
- Font: Times New Roman
- Title: 14 pt (Bold)
- Main text: 12 pt
- Headings: 12 pt (Bold)
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Alignment: Justified
6. Referencing Style
- References should follow APA style
- In-text citations must match reference list
7. Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures should be numbered and titled properly
- Source must be mentioned wherever applicable
8. Language
- The paper must be written in clear English/Hindi
- Authors responsible for grammar and language accuracy
9. Submission Process
- Papers must be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx)
- Submission via email or online link provided by the conference
10. Review and Acceptance
- All papers will undergo a peer-review process
- Acceptance communicated via email
11. Presentation & Publication
- At least one author must register and present the paper
- Selected papers may be published in ISBN book or journal
