DESCRIPTION:World Cancer Day was celebrated In Malawanchal University by Index Institute of Dental Sciences by way of spreading awareness. I joined the enthusiastic faculty members and students. Mass awareness and early detection are the real key to manage cancer which is on increase due to various environmental issues. \nCancer is one of the leading disease which causes most death all over the world. WHO announced to celebrate World Cancer Day on 4th February every year to aware people about the dangers of disease. \nIn commemoration of World Cancer Day\, The Dept. of Public Health Dentistry of Index Institute Of Dental Sciences\,Indore organised an event for Patient Education & Patient Counselling. \nThe event intended to spread awareness & prevention of cancer to incorporate a healthier lifestyle. \nChairman of Index group Of Institutes Sri Suresh Singh Bhadoria & Vice Chairman Mayankraj Singh Bhadoria apreciated staff & students for the success of campaign and hoped for such event to bring a healthy change in society. \nThe Chief guest for event was Dr. Rashi Yadav\, Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon \,Govt. Dental College. Mr. N K Tripathi. Vice chancellor Malwanchal University made a special appearance to encourage & support the cause. \nAlong with them Dr. Satish Karandikar\, Dean IIDS\, Dr. Deepti Singh Hada Asst. Dean IIDS were present to support the campaign. \nThe event was coordinated by Dr. Poonam Tomar Rana\, Associate Professor Dept. of Public Health Dentistry. \nCampaign comprised of pamplet distributions and speech to educate and motivate people against cancer. \nNew Release:
