He explained that Yoga and AYUSH systems play a vital role in preventing and managing lifestyle-related diseases such as stress disorders\, hypertension\, and even serious illnesses like cancer. According to him\, mental disturbances often manifest as physical diseases\, making inner purity and mental balance essential for a healthy life. He stressed the need to take the scientific evidence of Yoga to the common people so that its benefits can be widely understood and accepted. Yoga\, he added\, is essential not only for physical and mental health but also for global peace and social harmony. \nThe seminar was attended by the leadership of Malwanchal University and the Index Group of Institutions\, including Chairman Shri Suresh Singh Bhadoria\, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sanjeev Narang\, Director Shri R.
