Addressing the gathering\, Dr. Vyas emphasized that excellence in healthcare extends far beyond academic knowledge and professional qualifications. He highlighted that the true identity of a doctor lies in the ability to make timely\, informed\, and compassionate decisions during critical situations\, where a single judgment can determine the difference between life and death.
