The Index Institute of Management, Arts & Science, a constituent unit of Malwanchal University, successfully hosted a seminar on the Certificate Program in Banking, Finance & Insurance (CPBFI) on 4th August 2024. This transformative program, a CSR initiative by Bajaj FinServe in association with Malwanchal University, aims to enhance the skills and employability of students in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The event was organized under the visionary leadership of Shri Suresh Singh Bhadoria, Chairman, Index Group of Institutions, whose consistent efforts have helped bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations.

The seminar was led by Mr. Sumant Chinchwadkar, the Lead Trainer for CPBFI, who has over 27 years of rich experience in corporate training. He has worked with renowned organizations such as BHEL, Indian Oil, Airtel, Idea, Ranbaxy, and Cipla. During the session, Mr. Chinchwadkar provided an in-depth understanding of the CPBFI program and its relevance in today’s job market.
