The objective of this visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the healthcare sector and enhance their understanding of hospital operations and medical service delivery. As part of the program, students visited key departments including the Outpatient Department (OPD), Emergency, Operation Theater, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Laboratory. This comprehensive tour allowed them to observe the functionality of advanced medical equipment and gain insights into patient care, clinical procedures, and the critical roles of healthcare professionals.<\/p><p>The visit was coordinated under the guidance of Asst. Professor Damini Singh and Asst. Professor Manshivi Bhadoria, who emphasized the importance of experiential learning in shaping well-rounded professionals. They highlighted that such academic-industrial visits extend learning beyond classroom theory, fostering critical thinking, empathy, and a deeper appreciation for service-based professions. The students found the experience highly impactful, as it enabled them to witness real-time medical practices and understand the importance of discipline, collaboration, and compassion in high-pressure healthcare environments.<\/p><p>The initiative was well-received by the institute\u2019s leadership. Dr. Lokeshwar Singh Jodhana, Principal of the Institute, commended the efforts, stating, Educational visits of this nature play a vital role in delivering holistic education and preparing students for real-world challenges. He affirmed the institution&#8217;s commitment to continuing such initiatives in the future. Dr. Tapesh Kumar Dubey, Head of Department, also acknowledged the value of the visit in broadening students\u2019 perspectives and aligning their academic learning with professional environments. Overall, the hospital visit served as a meaningful step in reinforcing the institute\u2019s mission to cultivate knowledgeable, compassionate, and service-oriented
