The Malwanchal University has a registered Alumni Association in which all the students are registered after completion of their UG & PG degrees. The Alumni are a strong support to the Institution. Alumni are our brand ambassadors. Alumni Association of Malwanchal University is registered under the Madhya Pradesh Society Nationalization Act 1973 (Ref. No. -03/27/01/22578/20) Alumni Association keeps its alumnus, Faculty and Institutes in touch with each other, nature and cherishes them. Alumni Association of Malwanchal University established on 9 March 2020.
Association encourages every alumni about fund donation on expertise for the growth of university.The mission of the Association is to bring strong bonds between alumni, students and the Institute, to keep alumni informed, and create a network enabling them to remain engaged with their alma mater and help shape its future through the Associations programmes and services.Alumni participate in various events like induction programmes, career guidance meets in which they can share their experiences and guide the students, chair persons for different conferences. They contribute in curriculum implementation in terms of suggestions and feedback.

Alumni Meet 2022
On 31st May 2022 first Alumni Meet was organized by Malwanchal University. The Chief Guest of the event was Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Mr. N.K.Tripathi (Retd.IPS) of Malwanchal University. In the alumni meet 49 alumni was presents.
- Shubham Singh (B.D.S. Batch 2015-16 from Index Institute of Dental Sciences) shared his experience about the college and gave important tips for Dental Clinic setup. He also motivates the students for NEET P.G.examination.
- Payal Sharma (PhD from Index Nursing College) also gave brief speech about the role of Nurses in health care sector. She also shared her experiences in Covid time.
- Smita Bharti (B.D.S. Batch 2015-16) guided students of Dental College for NEET P.G. examinations.
- Sakshi Shukla (MBBS) shared her experiences and help in curriculum enrichment and one to one interaction during Alumni meet.
Alumni Meet 2023
On 21stOctober 2023 Alumni Meet 2023 was organized by Malwanchal University Indore at Auditorium , Index Institute of Dental Sciences Indore.
The Chief Guest of the event was Hon’ble Offc. Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjeev Narang of Malwanchal University.Special invitees are Dr.G.S.PatelDean Index Medical Collega Hospital and Research Institute,Dr.Lokeswar Singh Jodhana Registrar Malwanchal University,Dr. Satish Karandikar Dean Index Institute of Dental Sciences, Dr.Roli Agarwal NAAC Coordinator, Malwanchal University, Dr.S.G.Solomon, Principal ,Index Nursing College, Dr Reshma Khurana ,Principal Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences. Dr Javed Khan Pathan Principal Index Pharmacy College.
Program was conducted by Dr.Rajendra Singh,Assistant Registrar Malwanchal University, Indore. Registrar welcomed the dignitaries &presented a brief of Alumni Association Activity. He also addresed that success rate of any instituton are depent upon the alumni.
