Stretching &#8211; Hamstring muscle, Quadriceps muscle, Calf muscle and Adductor muscle<br \/>2. Crepe bandaging &#8211; Ankle sprain<br \/>3. Tapping &#8211; Calf muscle, shin pain<br \/>4. Myofascial release &#8211; Calf muscle, hamstring muscle, trapezius muscle<\/p><p>Special thanks to DR.
