The workshop served as a valuable initiative to highlight the importance of integrating physical fitness with mental and emotional balance. In today\u2019s fast-paced academic environment, such sessions play a crucial role in encouraging students to adopt healthier lifestyles and develop sustainable wellness habits. The event was conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. Reshma Khurana, whose support added great value to the initiative.<\/p><p>The session was led by renowned yoga practitioner Imran Salat, who brought his expertise and deep understanding of yoga to the participants. He conducted an engaging and insightful session that covered various aspects of yoga, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and mindfulness practices. Through live demonstrations and guided participation, students were able to experience the practical benefits of yoga firsthand. The session also emphasized the significance of consistency, discipline, and awareness in achieving a balanced life, making it both informative and transformative for attendees.<\/p><p>A total of 115 students actively participated in the workshop, showcasing great enthusiasm and commitment throughout the session. The presence of distinguished dignitaries further enhanced the significance of the event, motivating students to embrace yoga as an integral part of their daily routine. The workshop not only improved physical flexibility and relaxation but also created awareness about mental well-being and stress management. Overall, the event was a resounding success, reinforcing the department\u2019s commitment to nurturing well-rounded healthcare professionals who value both scientific knowledge and holistic wellness
