The Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences, Malwanchal University, Indore, in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris, celebrated Rakshabandhan on 19th August 2026 with warmth, joy, and spiritual enthusiasm. The celebration was organised to highlight the deeper essence of Rakshabandhan and its timeless values of love, respect, compassion, protection, harmony, responsibility, and spiritual well-being. The programme commenced with a warm welcome to the representatives of the Brahma Kumaris by Principal Dr. Reshma Khurana, in the presence of faculty members and staff. The gathering provided an opportunity for everyone to come together and celebrate the festival in an atmosphere of positivity, togetherness, and mutual respect.<\/p>

During the programme, representatives of the Brahma Kumaris shared an inspiring message on the cultural and spiritual significance of Rakshabandhan. They explained that the true meaning of protection extends beyond physical safety and encompasses emotional, mental, and spiritual support. The interaction encouraged participants to understand the importance of nurturing healthy and positive relationships, practising kindness and compassion, maintaining inner peace, and spreading goodwill in society.
