IIMAS Picnic 2025 – A Day of Fun, Learning, and Togetherness at Kavadiya Hills

The Institute of Management, Arts and Sciences (IIMAS) organized its much-awaited Picnic 2025 on 8 November 2025, offering students and faculty a refreshing escape from the academic routine. Held at the scenic Kavadiya Hills, the event ran from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and was coordinated by Assistant Prof. Manshivi Bhadouriya and Assistant Prof. Damini Singh. Designed as a fun outdoor activity for the entire IIMAS community, the picnic aimed to blend recreation, nature exploration, and meaningful interaction in a relaxed setting. Surrounded by lush landscapes and serene views, participants enjoyed a day dedicated to unwinding, bonding, and experiencing learning beyond classrooms.

The primary objectives of the picnic centered on promoting outdoor recreation, encouraging teamwork, and strengthening interpersonal relationships among students and faculty. A series of engaging activities helped participants connect more deeply with nature while also enhancing social interaction and cooperation. The event sought to cultivate mental well-being by offering a stress-free environment where students could rejuvenate after rigorous academic schedules. It also aimed to nurture values such as unity, respect, and collective responsibility through shared experiences. By providing a balance between academics and recreation, the picnic reinforced holistic development and fostered a greater appreciation for the natural environment surrounding Kavadiya Hills.

The IIMAS Picnic 2025 concluded with remarkable success, leaving participants energized, inspired, and more connected as a community. With 40 students and faculty members enthusiastically joining the event, the day featured trekking, interactive games, photography sessions, and moments of quiet appreciation for nature. Shared meals and group activities created a vibrant atmosphere of camaraderie and teamwork. The outing not only strengthened student–faculty relationships but also encouraged environmental awareness and mindfulness. Participants returned to campus with renewed positivity, a stronger sense of belonging, and lasting memories that reflected the unity and spirit of IIMAS. The picnic truly served as a meaningful experience, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals and a thriving academic community.
