Under the aegis of Malwanchal University, the Index Institute of Management, Arts and Science (IIMAS) successfully organized the Index Cricket League (ICL) 2025, an inter-school cricket tournament, at the Index Stadium from 2nd December to 6th December 2025. The five-day sporting event witnessed the participation of 16 school teams from Indore and Dewas districts, providing a competitive platform for young cricketing talent. The tournament aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students, while reinforcing IIMAS’s commitment to holistic education and community engagement.

The tournament featured a series of exciting league and knockout matches, culminating in a thrilling final match between Garment Public School and Mount Index International School. Displaying outstanding performance and team coordination, Mount Index International School emerged victorious by 20 runs, securing the championship title of the Index Cricket League 2025. Krishna Singh of Mount Index International School was awarded Man of the Match for his exceptional performance in the final. Outstanding individual performances were also recognized, with Raj Nayak being declared Man of the Series, Nikhil Nayak receiving the Best Batsman award, and Tushar Sisodiya being honored as the Best Bowler of the tournament.

The award distribution ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Dr. Lokeshwar Singh Jodhana, Registrar, Malwanchal University; Dr. R. C. Yadav, Additional Director, Index Group; Mr. Roopesh Verma, Director, IIMAS; Dr. Shyam Agrawal, Principal, Mount Index International School; Dr. Ajay Mishra, Principal, IIMAS; and Mr. Abhay Kher, Marketing Head, IIMAS and Organizer of the event. The dignitaries congratulated the participants for their commendable performances and encouraged them to pursue excellence both in sports and academics.
