Index Institute of Management Arts and Sciences Holds Orientation Program

The Index Group, one of the largest medical education conglomerates in Madhya Pradesh, in association with Malwanchal University, has launched management programs this academic year. The Index Institute of Management Arts and Sciences organized an orientation program for the students of the academic year 2024-25. The event welcomed the new students and provided them with detailed information about campus life and various activities before the start of the college year.

Dr. Lokeshwar Singh Jodhana, Registrar of Malwanchal University and Dean of the Management College, emphasized the importance of the orientation program in students’ lives and the institution’s continuous efforts to make it memorable. He highlighted that the Index Group has been a prominent player in the education sector for 17 years, setting new benchmarks. The group now offers diverse career opportunities to the younger generation through programs in management, agriculture, law, and more.

The primary objective of the orientation program was to fully prepare the new students before they embark on their educational journey, familiarizing them with the institution’s culture, curriculum, and expectations. The program included detailed information on industry challenges and success strategies, helping students understand the realities of the professional world and the skills necessary for success.

Various experts provided career-related insights during the event. Chairman Suresh Singh Bhadoria, Vice Chairman Mayank Raj Singh Bhadoria, Malwanchal University Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjeev Narang, and Additional Director Dr. R.C. Yadav extended their best wishes to the students for the new academic session.

Dr. Ramgulam Rajdhan, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Malwanchal University, remarked that the orientation ceremony marks the beginning of the students’ educational journey. He emphasized that learning is a lifelong process that can be pursued alongside work. It is essential to equip the younger generation with skills that not only help them secure jobs but also enable them to start their own businesses. He stressed that nothing is achieved without patience.

Director of the Management College, Rupesh Verma, underscored the importance of time management and discipline. He advised students to work with dedication and integrity to achieve their goals.
