5th Convocation Ceremony: Celebrating Excellence in Healthcare Education

The 5th Convocation Ceremony of the Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences, Malwanchal University, Indore, held on 11th April 2026, was a proud celebration of academic achievement and professional readiness. The event marked a significant milestone for the graduating students, recognizing their dedication and perseverance throughout their academic journey. Out of 93 eligible students, 88 were conferred degrees, reflecting the department’s commitment to excellence in education. Among them, 5 outstanding students were awarded gold medals for their exceptional academic performance, highlighting their commitment to achieving the highest standards.

The graduating batch represented a diverse group of skilled healthcare professionals. The postgraduate cohort included 7 students from the Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) program and 3 students from the Master of Medical Laboratory Technology (MMLT). At the undergraduate level, 36 students received Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degrees, while 37 students earned Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) degrees. This strong academic output reflects the department’s holistic approach in nurturing competent professionals equipped with both knowledge and practical expertise, ready to contribute effectively to the healthcare sector.

The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Shri Tulsi Silawat Ji, Hon’ble Minister, whose inspiring address motivated students to uphold integrity and serve society with dedication. The event was presided over by Chancellor Mrs. Gauri Singh Bhadoria. Distinguished dignitaries including Mr. Mayankraj Singh Bhadoria, Vice Chairman, Mayank Welfare Foundation; Dr. Reshma Khurana, Principal; Dr. Sanjeev K. Narang, Vice Chancellor; and Dr. Lokeshwar Singh Jodhana, Registrar, added prestige to the occasion. Their words of encouragement emphasized the importance of compassion, innovation, and responsibility in shaping the future of healthcare.
