The Malwanchal University proudly hosted its 4th Convocation Ceremony on April 9, 2025, for the Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences, celebrating the academic achievements of its students across postgraduate, graduate, and diploma courses.

A total of 109 students were conferred with their respective degrees during the grand convocation event. The distribution of degrees was as follows:
MPT (Master of Physiotherapy)10 students,MMLT (Master of Medical Lab Technology)13 students,BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)28 students,BMLT (Bachelor of Medical Lab Technology)32 students,DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology) 25 students,DOR (Diploma in Optometric Refraction) 1 student

Adding to the pride of the institution, gold medals were awarded to academic toppers a day prior, on April 8, 2025, in a special ceremony graced by the Honourable Governor of Karnataka, Shri Tarachandji Gehlot.

Gold medals for the postgraduate programs were awarded branch-wise.4 gold medals presented to toppers of the MPT program & 4 gold medals awarded to MMLT toppers.
University toppers from BPT, BMLT, DMLT, and DOR were also honored with gold medals for their outstanding academic performances. In all 13 gold medals were awarded for Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences.

The announcement of gold medal recipients was made by the Principal, Dr. Reshma Khurana, during the ceremony. Vice Principal, Dr. Aseem Yadav, who served as the Master of Ceremony for IDOPT   announced the names of all students receiving degrees.

Discipline throughout the event was efficiently managed by Dr. Sandeep Patel and his committee, ensuring smooth proceedings. Dr. Durgesh Yadav, a key member of the Coordination Committee, was responsible for handling the student registration process for the convocation. On-stage management was executed by Dr. Shivi Trivedi, who was part of the Stage Committee, along with Student Council Head, Garima Sonwania.

As a token of achievement, each graduating student was presented with an uparna and a folder along with their degrees by university.

On the dais, alongside the Chief Guest, the event was graced by the presence of Chairman Shri Suresh Singh Ji Bhadouria , Vice Chairman Mr. Mayank Raj Singh Ji Bhadouriya, Chancellor Mrs.Gauri Bhadoria, Vice Chancellor Dr.Narang, Registarar Mr. Jodhana and HOI’s of all the institutes in Malwanchal University. Inspiring words from Chairman and Vice Chairman added to the grandeur of the occasion.

The convocation ceremony concluded with a solemn Oath-Taking, conducted by the Honourable Vice Chancellor of Malwanchal University, where students pledged to uphold the dignity, ethics, and values of their respective professions.

The celebration concluded with a grand dinner served to all students and their parents, marking the end of a memorable and inspiring day filled with joy, achievement, and the promise of a bright future ahead.
