The Index Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences College celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and reverence on 5th September 2025 at the 4th Floor, Index Hospital, IMC. The students of BPT, BMLT, and all diploma courses came together to organize a memorable event to honor their mentors. Teachers’ Day, observed annually on the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, recognizes the invaluable role of educators in shaping minds, instilling values, and building a progressive society. The celebration commenced with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge, and was graced by esteemed faculty members. The event was further honored by the presence of Shri Suresh Singh Bhadoria, Chairman of Index Group of Institutions, and Mayank Raj Singh Bhadoria, Vice-Chairman, whose blessings made the occasion even more special.

The event featured a cake-cutting ceremony, where students and faculty celebrated together, reinforcing the cherished bond between teachers and learners. The beautifully decorated cake carried the message, “Thank you for being our guiding light,” perfectly reflecting the theme of the day.
