The Index Institute for Behavioral and Rehabilitation Sciences (IIBRS) seeks worldwide recognition as the leading institution for knowledge and research in behavioral and rehabilitation sciences. It is critical that we position ourselves as the leading expert on physical treatment, behavioral issues, and mental health. We want to do this by delivering innovative education, conducting cutting-edge research, and implementing effective cures.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere where intellectual curiosity and creative thinking are encouraged so that caring, educated people who can face problems in the real world may grow up. Our main objectives are to improve the mental health of people with behavioral and rehabilitative problems, so strengthening communities, and so enabling the growth of new partnerships.
