Mastering Your Mind for Better Mental Well-being: Malwanchal University Hosts Motivation and Mental Health Workshop

Malwanchal University organized a workshop on motivation and mental health issues for faculty, students, and staff of the Index Group Institutions. Expert Neeta Kumar enlightened participants on the significance of mental health and strategies to enhance it. She highlighted how multitasking habits in the digital era can negatively impact our mental well-being.
Mrs. Neeta Kumar emphasized the importance of self-care in managing stress and depression. She encouraged participants to dedicate time daily for meditation or yoga, consume healthy foods, and prioritize adequate sleep. She further stressed the importance of cultivating a positive outlook and avoiding negative thoughts.
The workshop was organized by Dr. Sanjeev Narang, Vice-Chancellor of Malwanchal University, and Suresh Singh Bhadoria, Chairman of the Index Group Institutions. They motivated participants to prioritize mental health and strive for a healthy and fulfilling life.
