

Research Methodology Workshop: Advancing Healthcare through Innovation

Malwanchal University in collaboration with Amaltas University, organized a two-day Research Methodology Workshop at Index Medical College, Indore, under the guidance of Founder Chairman Shri Suresh Singh Bhadoria. The workshop focused on empowering doctors and researchers to go beyond treatment and find the root causes of diseases, thereby strengthening healthcare services globally. Chief Speaker Dr. Atul Srivastava, Senior Research Nodal Officer, MDRU Bhopal, delivered an insightful session on “Ethics in Medical Research and the Role of Institutional Ethics Committees,” highlighting how clinical experience can be transformed into impactful research. Prof. Chancellor Dr. Salil Bhargava of Amaltas University introduced “Anusandhan Ka Parichay,” while Dr. Pawan Kare guided participants on “Peer-Review and Publishing in Indexed Journals.” Dr. P.A. Mahesh from Mysore connected virtually to share expertise on “Scientific Writing and Manuscript Preparation,” and Dr. Shishir Urdhwareshe demonstrated modern “Literature Search Strategies.”
The workshop inspired participants to generate innovative research ideas for the benefit of society. Organizing Secretary Dr. Abhay Kumar Gupta presented the detailed framework of the sessions, while Dr. Deepashikha Vinayak shared insights on Malwanchal University’s ongoing research projects. The event was graced by the presence of Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjeev Narang, Dean Dr. G.S. Patel, Research Director Dr.Lilly Ganju, and senior faculty including Dr. Prem Nyati, Dr. C.L. Yadav, Dr. R.C. Yadav, Dr. Prajakta Tomar, Dr. S.K. Nirala, Dr. Ajay Mishra, Dr. Neha Jaiswal, Dr. Priyanka Paliwal, Dr. Aarti Sahastrabuddhe, and Shri Dheeraj Jaiswal, along with other distinguished officials. Their collective presence enriched the workshop with valuable guidance and academic excellence, while creating an environment of collaborative learning for all participants.
Vice Chairman of Index Group, Shri Mayankraj Singh Bhadoria, emphasized that research is not only a symbol of institutional identity but also a necessity for strengthening global healthcare, particularly in the wake of pandemics and emerging health challenges. He announced the upcoming establishment of a Research Innovation Center at Malwanchal and Amaltas University to promote advanced medical research. He further stressed that medical colleges must go beyond granting degrees and set benchmarks in research and innovation. The workshop concluded as a landmark initiative, positioning Malwanchal University as a frontrunner in nurturing medical research, inspiring future-ready doctors, and contributing meaningfully to public health and policy development.
